The AGC Board and the Construction Education Foundation are pleased to present the 11th annual Executive Leadership Academy. This academy is designed to prepare your next key leader for the c-suite and leadership roles. The academy is limited to 28 qualified registrants that are nominated by their company with a maximum of two candidates per firm.
Topics address company-wide risk and leadership with a focus on the Colorado market, including:

Research suggests that in order to effectively transition into the c-suite and leadership roles, one must be able to communicate priorities, value their team, spend time developing culture, and understand their unique leadership role. Academy participants will graduate with enhanced skills and knowledge that will improve their potential in these areas. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet industry experts and hear their strategies and solutions for resolving obstacles and addressing risk.

Net proceeds from the academy will benefit the Construction Education Foundation (CEF) to future future Executive Leadership Academies and other workforce development programs.
