The Culture of Care/DEI Working Group is comprised of a diverse group of contractors dedicated to finding solutions for common business, networking, and workforce challenges as they pertain to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Working together they share best practices, resources, and have conversations to help build cultures of care within large and small businesses while enhancing worker wellness.

Women in Construction Week:
WIC Week celebrates the strength and knowledge of women, and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry. Construction firms of all sizes are encouraged to participate and show their support for their women employees. The National Association of Women in Construction hosted the first WIC Week in 1998.
Construction Inclusion Week:
Launched in 2021, Construction Inclusion Week is the first national effort to harness the collective power of general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Construction Inclusion Week aims to build awareness of the need to improve diversity and inclusion in the construction industry by providing content and resources.
