This course is the first step on the path to develop construction supervisors. This 25-hour instructor led course consists of nine highly interactive online classroom sessions that focus on the knowledge and skills every supervisor needs to be an efficient manager of people, time, equipment and materials. This course includes case studies, group activities, and provides jobsite exercises for skill development.

Daphene Koch
Daphene Koch is a Senior Trainer for Procore on the Construction Education Team. Her background includes over 15 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. Her roles have included project manager, safety manager, construction services leader and pipefitters helper. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management she partnered with contractors for research in training and workforce development.
