Mental Health Working Group - Narcan Training - August 20th
In honor of National Overdose Awareness Day on August 31st, join AGC's Mental Health Working Group to learn about Narcan a.k.a. Naloxone, a life saving over-the-counter opioid overdose treatment and how companies are incorporating Narcan into their first aid kits on jobsites.
Description:
Through this training participants will leave knowing what Narcan is, the overdose statistics, warning signs, preventative steps, overdose rescue, how to administer Narcan, what happens after a dose has been administered, and the policies and procedures that should exist in the workplace. Thanks to Red Rocks Recovery, each participant will receive a certificate and a complimentary box of Narcan to take home.
