Cole Albright

Ah, the dreaded BIO! My name is Cole Albright and I am an Assistant Project Manager for Nunn Construction, Inc. in Colorado Springs. I have been with Nunn periodically over the past 7 years starting as a laborer back in college and progressing my career through the many opportunities I had. I have learned as many lessons in the field as I have in the office from building roof-top curbs and leveling them with the pitch of the roof, casework R.O's and backing, R.O's for windows, drywalling, finishing, painting and much more. In the office setting, I have become proficient at contracts, scheduling, procurement, submittals, RFI's, ASI's, pricing exercises, change orders, and everything that revolves around the daily life of a PM. I am eager through this program to continue to learn and grow in my role an Assistant Project Manger and become well rounded on the latter items, while connecting with those of you who share the same passions.
